Above I have included my three final designs for the Type Specimen outcome. I was pleased with my final designs as I think that the use bold colour pallette, minimal geometric shapes to create the path of Apollo 11 and the use of grid both underlying and visible created a modern and striking set of posters that reflect the typeface Futura’s essence. I think my most successful design is the second screen listed as the use of masks on Figma allowed me to create the impression of two arcs that allude to space and planets.
