The Brief

Target Audience, demographics, methods, mental models, influencers, educational, advertising, government directed? What age are they, do they have access to digital devices, where are they based, what is their income?

The Adjacent Possible: using existing models to create a new product with similar goals, audience etc., using an Uber format for pet care or instagram format for cleaning the oceans.

Frame Your Design Challenge: what is the problem you’re trying to solve, try to frame it as a design question, what is the impact you’re trying to have, what are some of the possible solutions, write some context and constraints you are facing, after all this does your initial question need tweaked?
